Tintern Grammar, Middle Schools

Located in the heart of the Tintern Grammar campus, the Middle Schools building embraced the schools bush setting through its innovative design. Two floating pavilions nestled themselves amongst existing trees, protecting the abundant foliage on the site. Aligning with Tintern Grammars’ principle of ‘Parallel Learning’, the floating pavilions created separate wings for both boys and girls. Internally all the schools needs were catered for and externally separate playgrounds were created underneath the wings separated by a rain garden and bridges.
